Hybrid Training Program

Program Overview:

The Frontline Project Management® Hybrid Training Program offers a flexible learning experience primarily conducted online in a self-paced format. After completing the eLearning portion and passing an examination, participants will join Nadim Sawaya in a live online Workshop to explore advanced project management topics (Financial and C ontractual) in a Workshop setting.

Program Details:

This certification program is tailored specifically for the Systems Integration Industry, equipping project managers with the skills to consistently deliver successful projects. Participants will learn strategies to effectively navigate the “Construction Game” akin to General and/or Electrical Contractors.

Program Unique Advantage:

A significant challenge for Systems Integrators is removing Project Managers from their regular duties for training. Our program’s format addresses this by allowing project managers to complete much of the content (Part A) at their own pace online, followed by a 4-hour virtual Instructor-led Work-
shop (Part B).

Frontline Project Management® Training Includes:

  • Part (A) 8-10 hours of self-paced eLearning Training
  • Part (B) 4-hours Instructor-led Virtual Workshop
  • Project Playbook Guidelines with Best Practices, Forms, and Checklists
  • CEU Credits

Program Costs:

$650 per person. Group discounts offered
