Our mission is to provide Security and Systems Integrators with consulting, project management training and best practices to ensure continuous individual and organizational performance improvements. We will support the business and operational needs of security and systems companies by developing the skills, enhancing the knowledge and performance of managers and employees.

Meet The Team

Nadim Sawaya

CPP

Nadim has over 35 years of Executive and Operations Management experience with General Contracting, Building Automation and Security Companies. He held leadership and management positions with the following companies:

  • Stanley Security: District General Manager and Area Leader
  • Siemens Building Technologies: General Manager
  • Omega Security, Pinkerton Company: President
  • Pinkerton Security Integration: VP of Operations
  • Convergint Technologies: Operations Manager
  • G4S/Allied Security: Director of Operations

As a Business Consultant, Nadim designed and conducted customized Training and Executives Workshops for Security and Systems Integrators with exceptional results. He conducted project management courses and executive workshops for PSA, NSCA, PSNI and CEDIA.
Nadim holds a MSCE Degree in Construction Management and a BS Degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University. He also holds a General Electrical Contracting License (C10) in the State of California, California Alarm Company Qualified Manager License and ASIS’s Certified Professional (CPP). He is also a Certified Trainer for CEDIA.
